Negative Health Effects Of Dust Mites And Bed Bugs

There are many different negative health effects of dust mites and bed bugs. There presence is known to cause illnesses such as allergies and asthma. These bites tend to itch and will become swollen. They will resemble bites such as flea or mosquitoes bites. Actual bed bug infestations can occur which pose as a serious health threat.

The negative health effects of dust mites and bed bugs can be quite serious. To help reduce the occurrence of dust mites, it is best not to have floor to floor carpeting. Hardwood floors with a few area rugs are a better option. Frequent dusting and cleaning will also help to reduce dust mites. And bed bugs are best avoided with proper and frequent cleaning of all bedding.
